Anshu Malik

Anshu was born on 05 Aug 2001in Nidani village in Haryana’s Jind district. She comes from a family of wrestlers. She trains under coach Jagdeesh at the Chaudhary Bharat Singh Memorial Sports School in Nidani. Anshu’s father Dharamvir Malik, was an international wrestler himself and worked with the CISF. Anshu’s uncle Pawan is also a decorated wrestler. He was a SAFF Games Gold Medallist and a Haryana Kesari. When Anshu was 12 he saw her brother going for wrestling practice. She insisted that she wanted to go with him. Anshu is currently pursuing B.A 2nd year from MDU, Rohtak.she is one of the best hope for the upcoming 2024, 2028 Olympics.
