Iran Wrestling Federation (IWF) has given suggestions to United World Wrestling (UWW) after the latter had sent a letter to all national federations asking for advice for forming the 2020 and 2021 calendar. The guidelines given by IWF consist of training conditions, wrestling conditions, and number of technical staff involved in holding the camps and competitions reported Iran Wrestling.

It added that the presence of health supervisors and procedure to perform special medical tests should also be made compulsory. The report has also suggested for the duration of practice and how often will it be done per week.
Earlier, UWW President had raised questions about the competitions in order to compile the 2020 and 2021 calendars. IWF had reported that the world governing body will be sending a questionnaire which the national unions have to answer and present a proposal accordingly by June 17 via a video conference.
