The General Assembly of the Association of Summer Olympic International Federations (ASOIF) has elected United World Wrestling president Nenad LALOVIC to a four-year term as a council member.
Lalovic will serve on the council until 2025. He was elected to his first four-year term in 2017.
“I look forward to serving the international sports community for another four years,” said Lalovic. “ASOIF does important work and I’m honoured to work on behalf of our IFs.”
During its virtual assembly, ASOIF also showed its continued support for the safe and successful delivery of the Tokyo 2020 Games which are scheduled to begin on July 23rd.
