Erica Wiebe -I was really looking forward to a break after a couple long months of training and BOOM did I ever get what I asked for.
One week into social distancing and I’m searching for things to look forward to in this moment of uncertainty!
Anyone got any big goals they didn’t even know they had before we went on a global lockdown?
What are you looking forward to in this moment?
What’s shifted for you? .
Yesterday, I read my friend Liz Gleadle’s (@javelizz) post about how she’s approaching these uncertain times and how the accumulation of training isn’t going to go away in a couple weeks or month and that as athletes were always building towards something more. Such a great perspective. We don’t know what the future holds but it’s the journey and daily opportunity to be challenged, to seek more out of one’s self that is the gift in what we do. : @mphcentral
