UWW Veterans World Championships 2019 Day- 3: All you want to know about the Live Streaming & Competition schedule

The wrestling crazy city of Tbilisi, Georgia is ready for another edition of the UWW Veterans World Wrestling Championship where wrestlers of more than 60 countries will participate. Indian challenge will be spearheaded by Arjuna Award winner veteran wrestler Kripa Shankar who will lead the 17 member team at the world championships.
The entire schedule and competition rules of the event is listed below. The 6 day event will be streamed live on UWW’S media rights partner in the Indian Sub-Continent, WrestlingTV.in.
Competition Schedule & Live Streaming Timings
India is 1.30 hour ahead than Time in Tbilisi, Georgia. All the timings given below for the events are Indian Standard Timings i.e IST. The matches from all the mats will be streamed LIVE from the UWW Veteran World Wrestling Championship live on WrestlingTV.in

Thursday, October 10
11:30 a.m. – Preliminaries and repechage for Greco-Roman Div. A
7:00 p.m. – Finals for Greco-Roman Div. A

Competition Rules & Events

The competition will be held in the five age categories and for all age categories, the weight classes will be identical. The duration of the bouts is fixed as follows for all age categories: – Two periods of 2 minutes with a 30-second break.

Age Categories – 35 – 40 years / 41 – 45 years / 46 – 50 years / 51 – 55 years / 56 – 60 years
Weight Categories – 55-62-70-78-88-100-130kg
