United World Wrestling named @tynybekova.aisuluua 2019 History Makers after she became Kyrgyzstan’s first-ever senior world champion. “To become a world champion is a dream. Now my dream has come true.”

Stevan Micic : First to qualify in freestyle wrestling from Serbia
United World Wrestling’s second 2019 History Maker is @stevanandrijamicic (SRB). Micic became Serbia’s first freestyle Olympian after finishing in fifth place at 57kg at the 2019 World Championships. “Qualifying for the Olympics is big for Serbia and its freestyle program. I’m proud of my Heritage; Representing Serbia means everything to me.”

United World Wrestling named @mylesamine a 2019 History Maker after he became the first wrestler from San Marino to qualify for the Olympic Games. “San Marino is my heritage and for this to happen is surreal.”
