The USA is sending 29 athletes across all three Olympic styles to the Pan-American Championships in Ottawa, Canada, March 6-9. The Championships will help determine who will receive the Nos. 1 seeds at the Pan-American Olympic Qualifier the following week.
The Championships feature all 30 Worlds weights, while only the 18 Olympic weights will be contested at the Olympic Qualifier.

*The Pan-American Championships is NOT a qualifier for the 2020 Olympics.
Representing the U.S. are multiple World and Olympic medalists, including Olympic champions Jordan Burroughs (2012) and Kyle Snyder (2016) at 74 kg and 97 kg in men’s freestyle. Burroughs is also a four-time World champion, while Snyder owns two World gold medals.
Other World champions expected to compete include USA’s first five-time World champion Adeline Gray at 76 kg in women’s freestyle and 2019 World champ Tamyra Mensah-Stock at 68 kg in women’s freestyle. The women’s squad will also feature 2018 World bronze medalist Mallory Velte at 62 kg.
Leading the Greco-Roman team is 2018 World silver medalist Adam Coon at 130 kg.
In addition the World and Olympic medalists, there will be 13 other past Senior World Team members, which are indicated below with an asterisk (*).
Wrestling begins with Greco-Roman action March 6-7, followed by women’s freestyle March 7-8 and wrapping up with men’s freestyle March 8-9. Fans can watch live on Trackwrestling.com.
