World’s best wrestler Abdulrashid Sadulaev ready to fight his first battle after 8 months gap

The wrestling world has been waiting with bated breath for their biggest superstar Abdulrashid Sadulaev to make a comeback. Multiple times World and Olympic champion Sadulaev is out of Wrestling since the last World Championship in Nur-Sultan. After he won the gold in 2019 world championships, Sadulaev was banned by United World Wrestling for wearing clothing with political messaging. Once the ban finished in February 2020, due to Covid-19 the Russian champion could not compete.

Sadulaev is now back in action. He will seen fighting in the Russian Freestyle Wrestling championships beginning on October 16th. The Russian freestyle wrestling championship will be held in Naro – Fominsk. Olympic champions Sadulaev and Soslan Ramonov, two-time world champions Zaurbek Sidakov, Zavur Uguyev and Magomedrasul Gazimagomedov and more than ten world and European champions of different years are expected to participate in the tournament. The Moscow Region will host the most representative national championship in this Olympic cycle. WRESTRUS.RU resembles a tournament program.
