WFI to sack Andrew Cook
Wrestling India: The Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) is set to terminate the services of women’s coach Andrew Cook for his refusal to participate in SAI’s online sessions for non-payment of salary, a claim refuted by the American. Cook had left for Seattle after the national camp for women wrestlers in Lucknow was suspended in March owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.

UWW Hall of Famer passes away at 84

Wrestling News: Stefan Kazaryan of Armenia, former wrestler and referee inducted into the UWW Hall of Fame in 2011, has died. Kiren Rijiju: Sporting Events likely to begin from August

Wrestling News: The United World Wrestling (UWW) has cleared the air on the report about the possibility of Greco Roman’s exclusion from the Olympic programme. It says that Greco classical style wrestling will not be excluded from the Paris 2024 Olympics.
