WrestlingTV to broadcast Asian Wrestling Championship 2020 U-15 LIVE

WrestlingTV.in, India’s only dedicated news and video digital platform for the sport of wrestling, will stream the Asian Under-15 Wrestling (Kushti) Championship LIVE in India and the Indian subcontinent.

The Asian Under-15 Wrestling Championship is being played in the Taichung City, Chinese Taipei, from November 22-24. The matches are being streamed LIVE in India and the Indian sub-continent on www.wrestlingtv.in.

The championship is being held simultaneously in the boys’ freestyle, Greco Roman and the girls events categories.

The Wrestling Federation of India has fielded a thirty-member squad – 10 wrestlers each for all the three categories.

The live streaming of the under-15 Asian  Championship will usher a new era for junior wrestling in the country. Besides hosts Chinese Taipei and India, eight other nations – Japan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan – are taking part in the ten-team championship.

Indian teams:

Boys Free style: Yogesh (38 Kg); Aman (41 kg); Ravi (44 kg); Aakash (48 kg); Kapil (52 kg); Udit (57 kg); Vishal (62 kg); Sagar (68 kg); Deepak Chahal (75 kg); and Jatin (85 kg).

Boys Greco Roman: Mahadev (38 kg);  Dinesh (41 kg); Harh (44 kg); Hrishkesh (48 kg); Anil (52 kg); Udit (57 kg); Sumith (62 kg); Ankit (68 kg); Chirag (75 kg); and Arshdeep (85 kg).

Girls: Saloni (33kg); Babli (36 kg); Komal (39 kg); Komal (42 kg); Sheetal (46 kg); Dhanshri (50 kg); Aarti (54 kg); Nikita (58 kg); Deepika (62 kg); and Riya (66 kg).
