WWE News: AJ Styles successfully defended his Intercontinental Championship in his first title defence match against Drew Gulak last week on SmackDown. He defeated Gulak in a thriller contest which took place for more than 25 minutes. But what excited the WWE fans during that match was when they found out Daniel Bryan joined this match through WWE network and saw the battle of both the stars.
Can Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles be booked for Extreme Rules?

AJ Styles would not mind defending his title next week on SmackDown or maybe at The Horror Show: Extreme Rules. But the big question still remains who will be that potential superstar who can challenge him. Daniel Bryan is a possible challenger for the title.
Daniel Bryan who lost the Intercontinental Championship against AJ Styles last month. This time he will be looking to settle the account with him if he gets the chance. And at last, it could be open challenge match for Intercontinental Championship which Styles would not mind do so. And who knows it might lead to a match at Extreme Rules 2020.
Now all things depend on this week’s SmackDown whether it will be Matt Riddle, Daniel Bryan or someone’s surprising return on SmackDown who will challenge for Intercontinental Championship.
