WWE Raw Results, highlights: WWE has made some interesting changes in its recent segment which includes both Raw and SmackDown. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, which has already forced WWE to make sudden changes to their ongoing segments such as running the show behind closed doors to rescheduling its tapings. Now, there is a new change which WWE has decided to make until things normalize. No more rings announcers.
In this week’s WWE Raw and last episode of Smackdown, there was no ring announcer and the same trend will be followed for the following episodes of the flagship programmes. WWE has not yet released any explanation for such step but taking a smart guess, it can be due to the current Covid-19 condition which has hit WWE hard.

Last week’s SmackDown, during the Intercontinental match between AJ Styles and Drew Gulak there was no ring announcer to introduce both the champion and the opponent which surprised everyone. And there are chances that the WWE fans may see the same thing at the next pay per view the Horrorshow at Extreme Rules.
WWE has had ring announcers doing match introductions in the ring since the beginning of the company. As with many of the changes that WWE has made over the years, it could always change back at the next set of tapings.
