The Japan wrestling championship has been cancelled due to the coronavirus crisis. Japan’s Wrestling Federation (JWF) announced the cancellation of the tournament. The 68th All-Japan Amateur Championship was scheduled for June 27 at Fujimi Gymnasium in Saitama Prefecture, according to the official website of JWF.

Japan has recorded over 13,400 positive Coronavirus cases. Out of these more than 2,500 have recovered. The death toll until now was 372.
