Is Christian also following his close friend Edge’s footstep and returning to WWE? Well, yes and no. As WWE is all set for its another pay-per-view Backlash, one of the biggest highlights of it would be “the greatest wrestling match ever”. Edge and Randy Orton will be going heads and toes against each other prove their grappling skills. And the rumour mill has been active ever since the announcement of the event. This is where Christian’s return comes into the picture.
The Canadian Cage will be returning to WWE next week for his talk show ‘Peep Show’. Although the guest for the show is yet to be announced, it would be wrong to assume it will be either Edge or Orton.
WWE is billing massively on the match-up between Rated R Superstar and the Viper. The pair last met at Wrestlemania 36 in a Last Man Standing Match where Edge emerged victoriously.
The next time around, Randy Orton wants to put Edge’s wrestling abilities through tests, and hence the rematch will be happening. Considering the amount of experience these two stars have, fans can expect it to become the Greatest Wrestling Match Ever.
Apparently Christian will put his views on it when he steps into the ring next week at Monday Night Raw.
