Ravinder was born in 03-08-1997 in Sonipat, Haryana. He works for Indian Airforce. He was dropped from the Asia Championships camp after he was struck by
an ACL injury in 2017. It took a year and a half for him to completely recover from his injury. His biggest strength is on the mat is his stamina. He idolises Bajrang Punia and much like his idol he likes to take time and exhaust his opponent’s energy.
