I found a few strange ways to pin people this past weekend. Took me a moment to recreate these moments in my living room. It was kinda funny, my dad told me what I did and I argued and told him no way that is how I got in that position. After watching the matches 20 times I got my sister and attempted to break it down frame by frame. When I learn a wrestling move I focus on where my head, hands, hips, feet and weight are. I focus on these areas until they become fluid and instinctual. It happens often that I am open and willing to adjust during a match then I do not remeber how I got there. Great and poor coaches call it feel. I have heard it described as the zone or blacking out. I’m just thankful my body and decisionmaking skills lead me to new ways to pin people. One of my favorite past times is making opponents and training partners feel like they are a turtle that can’t get off their backs. . . . . . . . . . #womeninsport #pin #graytogold #turtle #newmoves #thezone #panam #wrestling #freestylewrestling #motivation
