The coronavirus crisis has put wrestlers around the world in limbo – with many now left wondering when they will perform on the biggest stage of all again. But while everything is unsure in the current scenario, all they are doing is keeping themselves in top physical conditions.

J’den Cox: He is the two-time world champion and 2016 Olympic bronze medallist. Cox who has been fighting in 92kg weight class (non-Olympic) for some time had announced to shift to 97kg to compete at Tokyo Games. His biggest hurdle would be the current Olympic champion in the weight category Kyle Snyder. So, if he wants to surpass the giant wrestler, he needs to be in top shape.
Hassan Yazdani: He is the 74kg 2016 Olympic gold medallist and the current world champion. Hassan recently returned from a knee injury and rehab along with workout are of utmost importance for him to return to top form.

Bajrang Punia: He is India’s brightest star in wrestling. Bajrang once said that he wishes to emulate his guru (teacher) Yogeshwar Dutt at the Olympics. The Indian wrestler has qualified for the Tokyo Games and if he wants to create history by becoming the first Indian to win Olympic gold in wrestling then working out even in the current situation is important. Because the time passed will never return and therefore he has to make the most of what he has and be ready for the challenges once things normalise.
Frank Chamizo: Known for his dance moves outside the mat, Chamizo is also one of the favourites for Olympic gold in the 74kg. But to do that training is important.
Mensah Stock: The USA is the worst-hit country from coronavirus cases. But even during the lockdown, the current world champion is keeping herself fit with home workouts.
