WWE Extreme Rules 2020: 3 major titles matches which are yet to be confirmed

By   - 15/07/2020

WWE Extreme Rules 2020: WWE’s next pay per view The Horror Show at Extreme Rules will take place this Sunday live on 19th July 2020 from Performance Center. This PPV has already confirmed six super high profile matches that will take place on this night. But there are still some major championship matches which have not confirmed so far. And based on the current situation these titles might be defended at the Extreme Rules. Since we are just fortnight from that show.

So here are the titles match which is yet to be confirmed for this destructive night.

WWE Extreme Rules 2020: Raw tag team championship

The Current Raw tag team championships at the moment are The Street Profits but the big question is whether they defend their titles at the Extreme Rules or not. As last week on RAW Andrade & Angel Garza defeated The Viking Raiders in an elimination match. And after the match, they also sent the message to The Street Profits that they could be the next. As we are just fortnight from the event and there is no confirmation for their official match. The only thing we can expect that either they defend their titles at the event or WWE has some other plan for that.

WWE Extreme Rules 2020: 24/7 Championship

This title meanwhile does not need any special permission for any event but still, it has to be defended. As the Current champion, R-Truth knows this title can be defended anywhere, anytime and he also knows who will be looking his title at the moment. But the official news for this title match has not been confirmed yet. And R-Truth does not want to defend this title after he lost the match against Randy Orton in a non-title match where he suffered a lot, so in such case, he will be pleasing not to defend it before SummerSlam or so.

WWE Extreme Rules 2020: Intercontinental Championship

The current Intercontinental Champion AJ Styles will defend his title against Matt Riddle this week on SmackDown. After successfully defended his title against Drew Gulak on SmackDown, he will be hoping to do the same on this week on SmackDown. However, we will have the title winner this week on SmackDown but whether this prestigious title will be defended at the Extreme Rules or not is still a question mark. If AJ Styles retain the title again he would not mind to defend it again on the Horror Show at Extreme Rules and whosoever his opponent will be. But for now, he has to focus on his title match at this week on SmackDown.
