Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) released the list of men’s freestyle wrestlers who will be called for the national camp after the lockdown resumes. The governing body has included a total of 15 wrestlers in five weight categories – 57kg, 65kg, 74kg, 86kg, and 125kg – to attend the camp.
Each weight class will have the top three wrestlers whom, WFI believes have a high possibility to qualify for the Olympics. We will only be inviting those wrestlers whom we believe have very high possibility to qualify for the Olympics,” WFI assistant secretary Vinod Tomar told WrestlingTV.
