U23 World Championships: Japan announces 30 member strong squad

Japan finished the 2018 edition of the U23 World Championship in Bucharest, Romania at the top of the medal tally. Japan won 13 medals including unprecedented 9 gold medals at the last world event. Their women were the undisputed queen of the wrestling world with 5 Gold medals at the event and both Men Freestyle and Greco-Roman teams finish 4th in the team championships.
Japan Wrestling management has declared that this in the 2019 edition of the world championships in Budapest, Hungary they will try to better the record of the last edition. For the same, Japan has declared strong 30 member squad for the championships. The Under 23 World Championships starts from 28th October and will be streamed LIVE & exclusive on WrestlingTV.in
